How long before I receive my return?

How do I get my refund?

You can receive your refund directly from the IRS as a check, or you can have them deposit it directly into your checking or savings account.  The second option is to go through an e-file participating bank.  In this case your tax office will print the check or it will be direct deposited into your bank account.
